Trying to create a sustainable urban utopia, Jonah uses his trust fund to buy a warehouse and invites any and all with a vision to take part in the experiment. The compound is soon teeming with idealistic young punks, circus artistes, activists and crackpots. But in the close quarters of communal living, personalities clash and ideologies diverge.
